Meka is a Sydney-based photo and film house led by Creative Directors Kat and Mert.
Each wedding is personally photographed and filmed by us, with one commission accepted per date.
Influenced by fashion and architecture, our work balances editorial composition with documentary awareness — drawn to considered design while remaining attentive to what is real.
Photography and film are approached as one, aligned in tone and direction. When additional coverage is required, our team works alongside us under our direction.

Most couples book 9–18 months in advance. We recommend enquiring as soon as your date is confirmed, as we take on one wedding per day.

Up to 12 hours of coverage is included as standard. All editing and final delivery are included.
Collections begin from $5,400.

If photography and film are booked together, we both attend.
If only one service is booked, the relevant lead — Kat for photography, Mert for film — will be present. -
We are based in Sydney and travel Australia-wide, subject to availability. Select destination bookings are also accepted.

Once availability is confirmed, a signed booking agreement and 20% deposit secure your date.

A small preview is shared within one week. Full galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. Films are typically completed within 8–12 weeks.
Each wedding is edited individually and never rushed.
